On Maternity leave
The Practice Manager works with the Quality Manager, the main responsibilities within the practice for the Practice Manager are Patient Services, Personnel & Training, IT Management and managing the overall smooth running of the Practice.
The Quality Manager works with the Practice Manager. The main responsibilities of the Quality Manager are Health and Safety, Policies and Protocols and the governance of the surgery.
Rachel Davies is the Local Health Board Pharmacist. Rachel attends the practice for one day a week.
Manon Pierce and Rhian Dolben are attached to the practice. If you need to speak to a midwife urgently please contact us at the surgery.
The Community Nursing Team can be contacted on 03000 850025 They are based at Ruthin Community Hospital.
Gill Davies and Eurian Mitchelmore are our health visitors and Iona Griffiths is our health care support worker, Gwennan Jones is our community nursery nurse and have a special interest in family welfare. Our child surveillance clinic is held on Thursday afternoons. The health visitors can be contacted on 01824 703641. Deborah Davies is the School Nurse and can be contacted on 01824 707489.
Hayley Lowe is a specially trained nurse who works for the Macmillan Service. The service provides physical and psychological support aimed at improving the overall quality of life for patients with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. She can be contacted via Glan Clwyd Hospital, telephone 01745 448720 Ext 7690.
