PATIENT NOTICE 7.9.2021

As you may have already seen in the media we are facing a delay to our flu vaccinations of at least a week, possibly two weeks- this affects deliveries of vaccines for those patients 65 and OVER.

We will be contacting patients booked individually via text or phone call to change the date of flu vaccinations made before 18th September. Unfortunately we will only receive a weeks notice of when the vaccines will be with us and will therefore update you weekly on whether any further clinics need to be re arranged.

We apologise for this however as I am sure you have read already this is out of our hands.

Many thanks for your patience.

Practice Manager

Surgery Opening Hours

Main Surgery and Dispensary Reception 8.30am - 1pm & 2pm - 6pm

The Surgery is closed for staff training on the third Wednesday of each month between 1pm and 5pm

Staff at Plas Meddyg were very fortunate to attend a day at Plas y Brenin on Saturday 5th June to take part in water sports. Plas y Brenin came up with the idea for this day in an effort to offer support to local NHS staff during the pandemic.

Due to the pandemic the date had been moved several times however we were able to attend on Saturday!

Due to pressure in work, particularly over the last 18 months, we rarely get time to bond as a team and have this kind of 'time out'. We really enjoyed the opportunity and send a huge thanks to Awyr Las who provided the funding as part of the COVID relief staff support fund.
