Do It Online

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

      • book or cancel appointments online

      • renew or order repeat prescriptions online

      • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

How to sign-up to My Health Online

There are new arrangements in place if you want to sign up to online services which includes, ordering your repeat prescription, contacting the surgery and dispensary with queries, making and cancelling appointments.

In normal circumstances when a patient registers for My Health Online, documents need to be viewed prior to access being granted.

However during Covid-19 there is more demand for online services.

You can now complete the form electronically and email this to the practice along with a photo or scanned copy of your identification documents along with an additional form of proof of address eg a current utility bill. Please email

Also you can print off the form and post it into the practice letter box outside.

The practice will follow this up by calling the patient to verify the details.

Like many organisations we are embracing technology to contact you, we therefore are sending patients more text messages as this helps us to communicate more effectively and quickly with you remotely.  If there is a link in the text message for you to respond, so that you know this is genuine, the link will begin and will then have a mixture of letters and numbers. 

We are currently messaging patients to advise them when their medication is ready and about new services including E Consult.  We also message patients to let them know if medication can be delivered to a community shop instead and sometimes we may ask for clinical information such as your blood pressure so that we can update our records.
